The Literacy Sprint
One 20-minute class per day, each the same three moves: a short video that teaches one idea, a written lesson that makes it concrete, and a quick quiz that confirms it stuck.
Doable beside a full workload. By day 10, every participant submits a capstone brief: a real workflow from their own job, ready to build.
Coached Implementation
One 60-minute live session per day, roughly 70% hands-on - built on each participant's actual work, not exercises. The cohort is capped at 10–12 so every project gets real coaching.
Peer pairing, checkpoints, and a demo day with leadership. Every participant leaves with a working workflow, documentation a teammate could run it from, and before-and-after ROI numbers.

The Practical Details
How much time does it really take?
Weeks 1–2: twenty minutes a day, beside a full workload. Weeks 3–4: one focused hour a day. The format exists because understanding and implementation need different amounts of time, and neither needs more than that.
What does a participant actually walk away with?
A working AI workflow built on their own job, documentation a teammate could run it from, and before-and-after numbers showing what it saves. Demo day puts the results in front of leadership.
Do participants need a technical background?
No. The literacy sprint starts at "what a language model actually does" and builds from there. The coaching weeks meet each participant at their own workflow, whatever it is.
